The new restaurant of the Brick hotel presents the concept of valet parking

NEWTOWN, PA – Rocco’s Steakhouse at The Brick Hotel, which opens this winter, wants to make parking a snap for its customers.

To get there, they offer valet parking.

The proposal, which was presented to Newtown Borough Council this week, involves the use of parking lots near Stuckert and Yates, InSight Advisers and Newtown United Methodist Church, according to a Newtown Advance report. .

During an interview in November, owner Alex Mastoris told Patch that the valet parking plan is underway for the convenience of customers.

It will be operated by Open Door Valet, which runs similar operations at the Yardley Inn, Washington Crossing Inn and other restaurants in the area, the Advance reported.

The steakhouse can seat around 220 people inside and 50 outside, Mastoris said.

The on-site lot can accommodate 50 cars and the three off-site lots have a total of 70 parking spaces, Advance reports.

The council asked the restaurant to submit a more detailed plan, which will then be reviewed by the police chief.

The restaurant will be open 364 days a year, every day except Christmas. Free valet parking will also be available Wednesday through Sunday. Weekdays and Saturdays will be 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with dinner starting at 4:30 p.m. and ending at 10:30 p.m.
