Scheduled to open in 2024, Dream Las Vegas will feature 450 chic and elegant and well-appointed rooms and suites, seven restaurants and very active nightlife, including a rooftop terrace, bar and lounge, three restaurants, two additional bars. and lounge concepts on the playground, and a street-level take-out cafe, as well as 12,000 square feet of private meeting and event space, a full-service spa, and a fitness center fit and on-site parking.

Shopoff, founder of Shopoff Realty Investments, and Daneshforooz, managing director of real estate firm Contour, announced project plans in February 2020, a month before the coronavirus pandemic devastated Las Vegas’ economy and transformed the Strip into a surreal site of closed casinos and calm. sidewalks.
